Terms and Conditions

Payment using Tabby is available on DarSamaya website in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  1. The customer can divide the entire invoice value into 4 installments without fees or interest when paying using Tabby.
  2. To use Tabby for payment, the minimum invoice value must be 100 riyals and the maximum 10,000 riyals.
  3. Products purchased using Tabby cannot be refunded in cash or gift cards, returns are made through Tabby.
  4. A cancellation fee or product return will be charged if the customer requests cancellation or return without defects or problems in the product or shipping.
  5. Tabby cannot be used to pay with recharge cards or gift cards.
  6. The return and exchange policy of the Samaya website applies when purchasing using Tabby.
  7. DarSamaya will not be responsible for any obligations or claims of any kind that the customer may be exposed to that may be related to the customer’s account or payment in the Tabby application. In the event of technical problems in the Tabby application or website, please contact the Tabby customer service team.
  8. Tabby payment option cannot be combined with any other payment option. If Tabby is selected as a payment method, the full invoice value must be paid using Tabby only.
  9. The invoice value can be divided into 4 unequal installments based on the customer’s credit history and credit rating. You can contact Tabby for more information.
  10. The customer must use the mobile number registered in Absher to complete the purchase using Tabby.
  11. The customer must settle all outstanding payments with Tabby.
  12. Acceptance of the order depends on a number of factors including the type of products you are purchasing and your previous payment history with Tabby.
  13. Customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who are 18 years of age or older are eligible to purchase using Tabby.
  14. DarSamaya reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time.
  15. These terms and conditions as amended from time to time are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
